Fall River

Fall River is California's premier spring creek. Flowing for 21 miles through Fall River Valley, this huge spring creek is home to countless thousands of quality wild rainbows.

Andrew has guided the Fall River for ten years. It's one of his favorite rivers to fish. In his presentation, Andrew discusses the four main techniques fished on Fall River: dry fly, twitched nymphs, extended downstream nymph drifts, and streamer fishing. He also discusses the major hatches and the geography of the river.

Because Fall River is so productive, the fish tend to be selective. Andrew discusses some tricks that help with these frequently fussy rainbows. He also sheds some light on the Hex Hatch, the river's most famous hatch.
